By booking a proposal experience or submitting payment to Dream Proposals Co., you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Booking & Payment
Proposal experiences booked directly through our website require full payment at the time of booking.
Clients who prefer to make a partial payment may contact Dream Proposals Co. or submit an inquiry prior to booking to discuss available payment arrangements.
Your proposal date is not officially reserved until the required payment has been received and your booking has been confirmed.
Locations & Additional Fees
Dream Proposals Co. can assist with finding proposal locations depending on your selected package.
Certain locations may require permits, reservations, parking fees, admission fees, venue fees, minimum purchases, or other charges. These fees are separate from your proposal package unless specifically stated otherwise.
Any known additional location fees will be communicated during the planning process.
Setup & Proposal Time
Our team generally requires approximately 1.5–2 hours for setup, depending on the selected experience, design, location, and accessibility.
Most proposal setups are available for approximately two hours, allowing time for the proposal, photography/video, family celebrations, and enjoying the setup afterward.
We provide reasonable flexibility for minor delays; however, arriving late does not automatically extend the scheduled end time.
Custom Proposals
Inspiration photos are welcomed for custom proposal experiences and help us understand your desired look.
Inspiration images are used as creative references and do not guarantee an exact reproduction. Designs may vary depending on budget, location, product availability, venue restrictions, and other circumstances.
Florals & Décor
Fresh flowers and other natural materials may vary in color, size, shape, and appearance.
If a particular floral variety, candle, vase, décor element, or other item becomes unavailable, Dream Proposals Co. may make a reasonable substitution of similar style, quality, color, and value.
Third-Party Services
Certain add-ons may be fulfilled by third-party professionals, including photographers, videographers, content creators, musicians, floral professionals, and specialty rental providers.
If a scheduled professional unexpectedly becomes unavailable, Dream Proposals Co. will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable replacement so the booked service can still be provided.
Damage
Normal wear and minor incidental damage are expected.
However, if Dream Proposals Co. property is significantly damaged, lost, or destroyed due to intentional, reckless, or negligent behavior by the client or their guests, the client may be responsible for reasonable repair or replacement costs.
Photography & Media
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, booking with Dream Proposals Co. grants permission for photographs and videos captured in connection with the proposal to be used for our website, social media, portfolio, advertising, and other promotional purposes.
If you would prefer that your proposal remain private or that identifiable images of you or your partner not be shared, please contact us before your proposal date so alternative arrangements can be discussed.
Changes to Services
Changes requested after materials have been purchased or preparation has begun may result in additional charges. Certain changes may not be possible close to the proposal date.
